Helping to provide and healthy and safe workplace

The TAC approached me to give them some ideas on how they could deliver their latest Fraud and Corruption Course, which focused on information loss.

They had great success previously using curated content (vox pops etc) and wanted something innovative and engaging.

I recommended developing a podcast which could be underpinned with theory and formative assessments to ensure learners understood the content.

Once we had the story locked down, I developed a trailer which ended up being used to market the course. I used the assets from this trailer to treat all of the course elements.

The course was eas engaging, aesthetically pleasing and chunked the content into bite-sized pieces.

The TAC were thrilled with the end result.

How The Project Was Received

Cath was instrumental in creating, designing and delivering a ‘fraud and corruption online training package’ that was delivered across the business working group of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). Via incorporating a Podcast based platform it engaged users upon various learning models specifically - upon fraud and corruption based scenarios. The course was highly successful and won various awards including 'Best Business Process Solution' – Demofest 2019. Cath’s skill, knowledge and professionalism in driving this project was outstanding!
